Rt. Hon. Tim Eggar
Non-Executive Chairman
Tim Eggar joined the Group as Chairman in December 2010, bringing 18 years experience of the oil and gas industry ranging from management to industry regulation to strategic and financial advice. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Nitol Solar and the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce and advisor to Braemar Energy Ventures and the International Gas Union. He was a member of Parliament in the United Kingdom from 1979 to 1997 and served in a number of ministerial positions including Minister for Industry and Energy from 1992 to 1996. He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge.

Peter Clutterbuck
Chief Executive Officer
Peter Clutterbuck joined the Group in January 2011 and has 40 years' experience of operations and management in the upstream oil and gas industry. From 2003 to 2010 he was CEO of Orca Exploration (a Toronto-listed spin-off from PanOcean Energy), and he remains a Non-Executive director of that Group. From 2001 to 2003 he was Vice President of Operations for the PanOcean / PanAfrican Group of companies, responsible for their Gabon and Tanzania businesses. Peter served on the board of the Society of Petroleum Engineers in London from 1998 to 2006. and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from Cambridge University.

Alexander Fraser
Chief Financial Officer
Alexander Fraser joined the Group on establishment in January 2007 Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006 he was a consultant to a number of early stage companies. From 1994 to 2003 he was an investment banker in emerging markets corporate finance and M&A at Brunswick-UBS in Moscow and, latterly, Deutsche Bank and then JP Morgan in London, advising government and corporate clients in a range of sectors including oil and gas. From 1988 to 1994 he was a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP advising on general corporate law, banking and corporate finance from their London, Paris and Moscow offices. He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford and is a qualified barrister.

Kamlesh Parmar
Commercial Director & Poland Country Manager
Kamlesh Parmar joined the Group in 2007. From March 2006 to December 2006 he was a director of Cadogan Petroleum plc. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2006 he was a solicitor at Hammonds, becoming a partner in 2001 at the age of 31. At Hammonds he specialised in the field of corporate finance, advising on a broad range of transactions including AIM and Official List Initial Public Offerings, M&A transactions, corporate governance and associated regulatory matters. He is a graduate of Brunel University and the College of Law.

Mike Lewis
Chief Geologist
Mike Lewis has been working as a consultant of the Group since 2007 and brings 30 years' experience as an exploration geologist having worked in both conventional and unconventional plays in North America and elsewhere. He is president and owner of Discovery GeoServices Corporation in Texas, an oil and gas consulting firm he established in 1980. Mike was Vice President of Exploration for Lyco Energy Corporation from 1996 to 2004, during which time he led Lyco's initiation and development of horizontal drilling and large scale hydraulic fracture stimulation in the the extremely successful Bakken Play in the Williston Basin, and increasing production from 250boed to 8,500boed. Shales he has worked on include the Mancos, Antrim, Niobrara, Heath, Bakken, Barnett, Lewis, Hermosa, Pierre, Woodford-Caney, Bend, Devonian (eastern US) and New Albany shales.

Kelly Scott
Operations Manager
Kelly Scott joined the Group as a consultant in 2008 as Operations Manager, and has over 30 years' hands on experience in managing drilling and completions operations all over the world, both on and off-shore, with extensive experience of drilling in the Barnett shale and of horizontal drilling and completions. Prior to joining the Group, Kelly was engaged as a contract operations manager in Texas, responsible for field construction and reclamation management, drilling supervision and management, completions supervision, and drilling/completion/safe work/emergency response programmes and planning. He worked for EnCana Oil & Gas from 2001 to 2007 where he supervised regulatory and environmental procedures and construction projects as well as acting as project drilling coordinator and field drilling coordinator.

Robert Jeffcock
Non-Executive Director
Robert Jeffcock was one of the founders of the Group in 2007. He has 30 years' experience of investing in and managing natural resources projects in North and South America, Asia and Europe, including 6 years with an oil and gas exploration and production Group in Dallas, Texas. Robert Jeffcock was also a founder of Cadogan Petroleum plc and Vane Holdings plc and a former director of Anglo Asian plc.

Dr. David Bremner
Non-Executive Director
David Bremner joined the Group in January 2011, having been involved in the international oil and gas business for 33 years. He was on the board of Indago Petroleum from 2005 to 2009, becoming CEO in 2007. From 1999 to 2007 he was engaged in international petroleum consultancy, with a particular emphasis on new business development. From 1995 to 1999 he worked for Monument Oil and Gas, initially as Exploration Manager before stepping up to the position of Exploration Director in 1997, a role which he held until that Group was sold in 1999. He holds an honours degree and a Ph.D. in geology from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.

Barry Rourke
Non-Executive Director
Barry Rourke has been a director of the Group since 2007. He is also a Non-Executive director of New World Resources NV, Ruuki Group plc and Avocet Mining plc. Barry was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1984 until his retirement in 2001. During his time there, Barry undertook various roles including membership of the Oil and Gas Industry Group. He was also auditor or advisor to a number of listed Group clients in the natural resources sector, including BHP Billiton and Hamilton Oil. He is also an independent member of the Audit Committee for the Department for Energy and Climate Change and a member of the Coal Liabilities Strategy Board for that Department.

Rod Perry
Non-Executive Director
Rod Perry joined the Group in February 2011. He is currently chairman of Party Gaming plc, where he has been a non-executive director since 2005 and at different times he has chaired the ethics committee, the remuneration committee and the audit committee of that company. He is also a non-executive director and senior advisor of Ithmar Capital (Dubai), a $250m private equity fund. From 2006 to 2009 he was a non-executive director of Gulf of Guinea Energy, which merged with Seven Energy in 2009 and from 2005 to 2009 he was also a non-executive director of Indago Petroleum. From 1985 to 2005, Rod was executive director of 3i Group plc from 1999 to 2005. Rod is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and holds a BSc Hons Physics (First Class) from the University of Salford and a Diploma in Management Studies from Bristol Polytechnic.

Clive Needham
Non-Executive Director
Clive Needham joined the Group in 2007 and is also currently Managing Director of CM Skye Limited. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1992 and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the International Tax Planning Association.
